We understand that plans can change. Here's our transparent cancellation policy:

Time Before Check-in Cancellation Charges 45 – 30 days 40% of Total Package Amount 30 – 15 days 70% of Total Package Amount Less than 15 days 100% of Total Package Amount Visa Rejection (any time) 30% of Total Package Amount

Important:

• If canceled within 45 days or more, only 30% of the total package will be retained.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• 1. 0–45 Days Before Check-in:- 30% of the total package will be charged.
• 2. 45–30 Days Before Check-in:- 40% of the total package will be charged.
• 3. 30–15 Days Before Check-in:- 70% of the total package will be charged.
• 4. Less than 15 Days:- 100% of the total package will be retained.
• Visa Rejection:- Flat 30% retention fee applies regardless of timeline.

For better flexibility, we recommend opting for packages with optional travel insurance that may cover cancellations.
